The joint venture between City Development (CDL) and TID Residential won the land bid among 17 Developers for a latest Executive Condo (EC) site in Sumang Walk in Punggol, named as Piermont Grand. The top bid of S$509.37 million works out to a record S$583 per square foot per plot ratio (psf ppr).
